I had 4 scheduled that they canceled and said it’s us not you. Told not to reply with questions.
Edit your title to name either the MSC or client.

They were akk canceled by the client or the company. No one has any real details and no one seems to know if they will be shopped again. I will really miss them.
I was curious about this as well. I haven’t seen any in my market in almost a month.
It was paying zero with a reimbursement base $12-$15

For the competitive grocery store MSC that shops them it's a $5 base, $9 reimbursement.
They were paying zero and giving you a reimbursement of $12, $15 if you had to order a sandwich.

There's another MSC in my area that does competitor shops with a Publix, and that pay starts at a fee of $11 with a $5 reimbursement. Sometimes they can get bonused up to over $20 plus reimbursement!
If we're talking about the same company for Publix I stopped doing them a while ago. It wasn't worth it to me when they started adding the out of stock items you had to go find along with everything else. Plus you were given a set number of same questions to ask, and after doing the same location over and over, pretty sure they caught onto me. They needed more than just 3 or 4 questions.
The msc being discussed here never had a requirement for out-of-stock items.

I did stop shopping with them a few years back, so maybe they stopped that recently. The one I'm referring to, also had another portal where they did theater work, which stopped primarily back in 2019. So do you still think it's a different company? Because they had order subs and some of the other things mentioned here, on the shop assignments for Publix.

Yes, they have the other portals but I have been doing their Publix shops for them since it was moved from the Canadian msc to currently - never had to look for oos items.

I just logged in, and there were not any Publix shops if it's the same company. I started with them in 2011, and stopped probably around 2014, or 2015, and focused strictly on the Theater half of the company and just did those assignments since.
I remember the out of stock items for Publix with this same MSC that does the theaters. Those out of stock items were a pain in the butt. I do miss their shops though.
