Clerk is not wearing the official uniform and certainly not a name tag. Clerk is not showing customer undivided attention with body language. Package, with printing on it, is certainly larger than 12 x 12 x12.
Unless they've changed the process, when you try to apply for a shop you get a screen for the certification test (which you have to pass) before you can complete the application process.
