Husband and wife work for same company?

I know we are all independent contractors but can my husband And I both work for a company at the same time? I tried to look at a an agreement but didn’t see anything. I think we were terminated due to this reason. Appreciate any information.

Should not be as issue in most cases. However, if it was MarketForce, then they think they have uncovered a grand scheme of you defrauding them by pretending to be your spouse to get extra chili dogs. Check with the MSC either way.

Be careful with Marketforce. If their software detects more than one person using the same IP address, they will have conniptions and both of you are likely to be dropped.

I can almost guarantee that ath Power and INtellishop would be fine with both of you shopping. Be careful with any MSC that does fine dining and has a long rotation. If you both go on your account, you can not go next month on your spouse's account. That makes sense to me.

I agree with what was said about Marketforce. When I went to my sister's and did a shop on my laptop, we both got dropped. No explanation was given. At the time I lived 120 miles from her but apparently I picked up the same locations she had done previously.

I think this is what happened with the IP being detected. Thank you

I was doing a deadline shop report from the public library near the shop, that was 15 yrs ago, before unlimited data phone plans. I was dropped for that reason as others had reported from the library too (but reinstated when they researched the issue.)
