RED/WHITE/BLUE STATIONS UPDATE

Employee Recognition Certificate. This is just another cost passed onto to us ! Our INK and PAPER, without being paid for it !!! Plus, the CSR is not going to care about a piece of paper ! It is not like the PLENTI promotion, where you would award a gift card.
This is just another "thing" for us to do and not receive any extra pay !! UGH !!

yea it kind've blows, but honestly, how many sites meet all 3 requirements? it's like 1 out of every 30 at most. almost no one mentions loyalty card.

I have a few stations where they always ask. They remember the days of the Plenti reward...some of whom never received the promised rewards.

My area...about 75 % of CSR's do all three !!!

They're very good about asking for it in my area, especially the monthly shops.
