Yes, it often takes several days before you get the "invalid" email with an explanation. It would be better if they would put things on hold and give the shopper the opportunity to correct minor errors, if possible, as every other company does.

I accidentally put a.m. instead of p.m. on a report even though it was obvious that the store wasn't even open at that time. The receipt was the correct time it was invalidated and there was nothing I could do.

They didn't pay you? That's ridiculous -- especially because they probably corrected it themselves and got paid by the client for the report.
This is a little scary. I do Five Guys a few times a month, and getting one report invalidated would wipe out the small profit made from a couple of other shops.

They do not allow corrections. I once made a minor error and was told they don't allow corrections.

They sent me an email. I went on the wrong date, completely my fault! I must have clicked on the wrong date. I have never done this in the hundreds of shops I have done. At least it wasn't something with the shop itself!
