I flunked the first time and was wandering if anyone else tool the test and not pass? I don't know what I did wrong

Was it hard? Do you know how many answers you missed and what answers you missed? I've been trying to pass a certification course for one MSing company but have not been able to pass it. Since they don't show what you missed how can you give them the right answers? I'm silver certified and want to take the Gold DVD certification test myself.

I felt very confident that I knew the information and plus its open book. Overall I thought it was pretty simple nothing difficult. A portion is multiple choice and other half essay. I e-mailed them inquirying where my weakness was (I believe it was the essay where you have to write a report) but have not recieved a reply. The e-mailed stated they would be out of the office. Then on top of that when I log in to try to take it again it states I have to purchase the DVD again. This was only my first attempt. I also stated that in my e-mail and have yet to recieve a reply. Its all very frustating and I wish I had a contact number for them.

Oh my, how discouraging. It seems that you shouldn't have to purchase that DVD again. Maybe you have to wait a period of time before you can try again. Hopefully they will answer your email next week.

did you take the gold cert. over the internet or go to an all day meeting. Can you use the internet with the gbg to take the test?

I can understand to a certain extent why they want to test for a certification, but so far I personally have steered away from all tests, Does the certification mean more pay or better jobs? How much more in pay? Does anyone know the answers to those questions. Thanks Phyllis

I have found that I am getting higher paid jobs being silver certified, but have yet to take the gold test and am hoping to soon.

I do not know way you needed gold certification. One's you are experiance for mystery shopper , you can;t make amy mistake to do shops. The test is only for money. Because each time you take the test you have to pay. I ask my self WAY???
This is only because they want make the money .

Some of the best shoppers I know are only silver-certified, which is only $15. I get some jobs asking for silver certification, and many not asking about certification at all. And only the MSPA member companies use certification, anyway.
