Looking for help. Mexican restaurant co.

Looking for the company that is currently doing the mystery shopping for the casual Mexican restaurant, named for a smoky pepper. Did them in the past, but haven't been able to figure out what company has them now.

As far as I know, they are not doing the program right now. If this is the shop where you had to go to a training class before doing the shops.

Second to none has a project for them but it's not what you're thinking. It does not involve purchasing anything, it's a beverage audit.

Chipotle stopped MS program in 2017. They had conversations and tries with several MSC but COVID likely placed them on brake. Moes (with some locations) were shopped prior COVID. I shopped some other places a while ago as well.

And I can tell they are not shopped. I was there last night for dinner. Serving sizes were not uniform, tables were not wiped down, they did not ask all the questions they used to and I thought the taste was still good but not up to par. The other place I still love and eat at that has fallen into sloppiness is Blaze pizza. Food still great but service varies a lot as does cleanliness.

in addition to two listed above I can add District Taco, California Tortilla and Baja Fresh. They gone prior COVID.

Thanks everyone, I was hoping they restarted the program, but I have to agree with Sandyf I was disappointed that nothing was being kept up the last time I was there.

I'm disappointed as well. Right after the program ended, a couple of different Chipotle locations made mistakes that likely would not have been noted by people doing the guest questionnaire (I wasn't charged for queso once, and not charged for my drink another time). However the quality hasn't fallen off overall, though I have noticed the prices going up.

Per my knowledge they wanted to restart the program but not such sophisticated as it was before. But then COVID come in and all stalled.

Hopefully they will bring it back and it turns out to be a msc I am already signed up with. I will be in heaven!
