I'm disappointed as well. Right after the program ended, a couple of different Chipotle locations made mistakes that likely would not have been noted by people doing the guest questionnaire (I wasn't charged for queso once, and not charged for my drink another time). However the quality hasn't fallen off overall, though I have noticed the prices going up.
