Prestoshopper question

I did two Instashops for the first time this week. The guidelines stated we could do as many of this shop as we wanted as long as the shops were two days apart. The example was if you do a shop on Monday you can't do another until Wednesday. Okay, easy. I did one on Thursday, the second on Saturday. Both shops were accepted within a few hours with no complaints. There were about 50 of these in my greater metro area, and they paid well. Now they don't show up at all when I'm logged in. If I log in with a different email (for testing only) they are still there. Evidently, I have been blocked from doing any more? Has anyone experienced this on PS? I'm bummed, the pay was good and they were easy to add to my routes. Any suggestions on finding out what happened, or finding a contact person with PS I can ask to clarify?

ETA: Got paid for both shops today, and they paid me $5 EXTRA for one of them. I'm so confused...

If you have two Prestoshopper accounts set up, and are using the same phone or laptop or desktop- you may have triggered their fraud algorithm. This particular MSP is always checking for multiple accounts, and will exclude you from projects if the algorithm detects you logged in under different emails.
No, I set one up afterwards just to see if it was me or them. I deleted it afterwards.
Yeah, I have had similar thing happen. The purple gas station tobacco shops is where I notice it.
FWIW, I think you can only complete so many per week or month.
I wasn't seeing any in the new month, and when I opened the map without logging in, I saw the purple pins! When I logged in, they were gone.
Lo and behold, when I reached 30 days from my 3rd shop back, they all appeared back.

Ok, so are you saying if my husband and I both have accounts but only have one desktop it can trigger a fraud alert and get one or both of us blocked??? This is outrageous since they can call us and talk to both of us or even video chat with us to make sure that we are actually two different people. Then we never ever ever do each other's shops. But we do use each other's phones if one of our phones dies or doesn't take the picture right. (My phone doesn't take night pictures worth a darn. ) I am appalled. And then to top it off, you can call the store to see who did the shop, a tall slender man or a fat woman!!!

Marketforce is notorious for doing just that. You can even using the library computer and if another shopper has been using that same computer, you will be deactivated by any company with similar policies.
We only have one desktop computer, both my son and I are shoppers. He doesn't often, but he does sign on to both Ipsos and Marketforce, and a few other MSCs, on the same computer I do. And we share a tablet that makes it very much easier and takes better pictures than either of our phones. But, to the best of my knowledge, neither of us have been blocked from any projects because of this. If we have, it was projects that we weren't very interested in doing anyway, and we're not missing them.

I should also note that we both use Presto too, but that is on our phones. Neither of us has done any Presto shops since we got the tablet, so we don't know how that is going to affect us.

Your situation is even more precarious than ours. We look nothing alike and sometimes do projects at the exact same time. I drop him off and leave and go do my project and then go back and pick him up if the projects are close together. But we don't look anything alike. If you call the store you know if I did the shop or he did the shop. I'm just flabbergasted by this whole scenario because we've been doing this for over 3 years. Gas stations we both do but he does the bigger shops. (I can't stand long enough to do a station with 12 plus pumps. My limit is usually 4 dispensers, but I love 2 and 3 dispenser wonders. (This is my knick name for them). But he doesn't do mystery shops, grocery stores, or even Marketforce. I'm the only one who does those. He only does gas stations period. But he doesn't care how many dispensers they have like I do.
