Bitmap?

Having a problem uploading pictures to Trends source, when I try to take a picture and upload it on the moblie it says can't find bitmap and my picture won't upload.I then have to leave app take the picture and upload them through there website,double work.Can anyone tell me how to fix this.

Sounds like it's a technical issue with the app and/or the MSC's server. I would email explaining the issue you are having and possibly follow up with a phone call during business hours.

They are updating their app. Take the pictures with your phone and upload them to the app.

This has been going on with TS for quite some time now. I did an audit for them back 2 months ago, and had this issues. Still had it last week when I did another audit. Hope they get it fixed soon!
