Marathon Mystery/Reveal and Dollar General

Two questions: How much are the Marathon Mystery/Reveals worth? Also, are Dollar General's being mystery shopped? I know you can't mention MS and clients in the same post. Just curious if they are out there, somewhere.
TIA

The MSC that does Marathon posts the fees on the site. What exactly are you asking?
I'm not aware of Dollar general shops unless it's one of the apps where you're taking photos in the store or it's a payment card audit or something along that line. I've never seen them actually shopped customer service etc.

I have seen pop shelf shops though!
I've often wondered about the Marathon shops too.
I see the Marathon shops sitting on the board for a really long time with low pay. It also looks like there is a required purchase that is not reimbursed. I don't want to get screwed by taking one. How do they compare to a Mobil mystery/reveal?
Dollar General uses merchandisers, but I have forgotten which company handles those assignments. I was told about the company, though. Why couldn't a shopper include merchandising gigs at Dollar General in their routes involving mystery shops?

I do this consistently. You better believe that if I'm merchandising 10 stores over 1200 miles I'm adding $700 worth of MSing to the mix, to make the route profitable!

One merchandiser is a W-2 employer; another is a popular App.

If you read threads by yours truly in merchandising (drop-down menu), you'll know both companies.

If this violates rules, please have the post removed.

I did 13 stops today for 4 different MsCs including some merchandising and those gas stations. Run routes.
Wow, 87Supra. My absolute total max is 10 a day -- but I usually also have to drive 400+ miles to get 10!!!
I am lucky, I live in a major metro area. I have done 25 in a day before but to be honest i was only in about 15 different stores. I did some doubles (doing jobs for different companies in the same store and two triples). Most were credit shops. Same job different company. Most I ever made in one day,

My primary work is now in merchandising, and I've definitely considered adding a mystery shop or two to the route when going out of town, but none have yet to come up that match my schedule and what I actually want to do.

I have, however, added a bonused to $50 (usually $15) IC merchandising gig to a work-related out of town trip. (When the main company I work with pays for travel, why not?)
Marathon is easy because many are new and in excellent condition. Way less photos than blue or yellow. Using the app makes it even easier. Starting pay is way too low for me and, yes, the required purchase is not reimbursed. At end of quarter you'll be lucky to get $20 even for out of the way locations.
