Nope. Just prove yourself to be reliable and objective in your reporting. That is what schedulers value the most.

Caveat: some companies do require a certification quiz for each type of shop. This is NOT a blanket certification, but qualifies you for one particular type of shop.

In that case, yes, you need certification!

With that being said for some odd reason I STILL can't pass the USPS certification. I am I really that useless? winking smiley

Do a search on USPS or contact the scheduler to help. There were some issues with one or two of the questions I believe. There was a thread that addressed this.

No, you are not that useless. There is one "trick" question. I had to ask the scheduler for help, and I've been doing these shops for 10 years, and there's a chance I know the guidelines better than the people who wrote them.

Here, here.
For the first year in many I was not able to pass the test in 2021. But all of you are giving me hope there will still be more shops from USPS. In September there were no new shops at all where I live and every month year round there were pages and pages of them in the past. All we had for all of Los Angeles were a handful of shops left over from the month before. So I was worried this was the end my friend. Fingers crossed for Oct.
