Yes, I did two at the end of the month last month or the month before (maybe) for $75 and $100 each. Boy, do I miss them!

The Arby's near me are closed most of the time - short staffed.

Yeah, we had a brand new one open up near where I work, and it was closed within a few months due to lack of staff. Hopefully it will re-open at some point.
I was told by a scheduler that Arby's is done for the rest of the year but might come back next year.

Taking in consideration that it will be new company who bought the current Arby's MSC.

Shopping Eastern Pennsylvania since 2009
They said the Arby's shops were coming back, but they didn't say when.. I miss them too.
One that was recently purchased by another MSC...but if you're signed up with the "big 15", you'll be signed up already!
Cease --

Is there a way for this relative newb (2 1/2 years) to look up what the "big 15" are? I'm signed up with about 75 companies so I think I've hit most of the biggies but not sure. Do we mean the first 15 listed on this site's listing? thanks. smiling smiley

Also, general question for all:

Do the new shops ever allow you to order their signature roast beef sandwich? I shopped them with the pre-Covid MSC and they usually used us as Guinea pigs for their "LTO" wraps which usually were rubber chicken doused in wretch sauce. Yecch.

Arby's has some good offerings IMO but I never got a shot with the old MSC because you had to order the test-marketed stuff. Also you had to ask a stilted, scripted question which pretty much gave you away as a shopper (one manager who was manning the register gave the required answer but gave me the dirtiest look ever. He knew)

Every shop I've done at Arby's going back about 9 years has been to order the LTO. They do have some very good ones in my opinion. The Reuben was once a LTO as was the Gyro. The last two LTOs I really liked but everyone has different tastes.

I think the big 15 are the first 15 MSCs on the list posted here. I've been told it is outdated because of mergers and aquisitions, but it's a good place to start. If you're signed up with 75 companies you've probably got it covered.
Stop asking for hints.. NO NO NO
do your own research and follow the rules

Koko, Here's a link on this Forum to the "big 15" that is referred to now and then. CAVEAT: There are SEVERAL of these that have merged with others, so I'm not even sure how helpful this list will be to you. It needs to be updated. But this is the "big 15" list...[www.mysteryshopforum.com]
