Reporting to a scheduler (question)

If you were doing a gas station inspection and the clerk was complaining about the previous inspector would you report it to the scheduler with only having one side of the story?

Thank you for your responses. I wouldn't either.

The store management can file a complaint with the MSC. I have suggested that once or twice over these many years if an employee was really upset.
Another reason for 'no' is that the complaint might be false. Someone might want you to be lenient with your evaluation. An attempt to gain your sympathy might influence you to respond in certain ways.

Frankly, I don't think that a shopper should be discussing a previous shopper in the first place and they certainly should be reporting to schedulers.

Getting complained to is not discussing. I have been complained to plenty of times, and probably complained about too. I take what I hear with a grain of salt, although some of the stories ...
Based on what the poster said she was actually discussing the other shopper with the ckerk.
