Fitness shops report

I got an email from the scheduler that I need to vary my reports on the fitness shops. I have to write a paragraph on the pre-visit phone call. My concern is that they read from a script and every phone call is absolutely identical. I also am not supposed to say anything once they start reading the script.

Any advice on how to vary these reports is appreciated.

Thank you.

So many questions! Well two.

Why is a scheduler concerned about your reports?
Why are reports from different shops being compared?

I have done this. He says it looks like I copied and pasted and changed a few words. I don't understand how to make it "different" when they follow a script and every phone call is practically identical.

So I need completely different reports on the exact same speech.
Ignore the advice and take the grade. This is assuming its 8 or above. As long as you get paid take the next fitness shop. Rinse and Repeat

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
If your scheduler says it looks like you copied and pasted, say something like it's funny you say that because the fitness center copied and pasted their end too.
Perhaps they are looking for the narrative to say more about how the employee read the script. Was it robotic, in a monotone, uninterested etc. How was the speed? Was he/she easy to understand. Was anything said that didn't sound scripted like the greeting and closing comments.

Congratulations! Now you get it smiling smiley As you do more and more shops, you will gain practice and efficiency in dealing with this. A side benefit is that your vocabulary and your writing composition skills increase.
The reason why they ask for different reports is that there are many shoppers, unfortunately, who copy and paste. The editors want to be paid to edit the report, not be detectives, and discover the names were not changed from report to report. You are correct that the employees have a script to read from but they do not all read from it. There is a recording the editor has to listen to and frequently the written response differs from the recording. Many recordings include the shopper interrupting the employee mid-script and then marking down the employee for not covering all the areas.
