An inknown Sassie feature

I accepted a gas station at $33 + $6, then studied and passed the 37 question test, but when I attempted to access the blank report, only a Reader's Digest version appeared. The scheduler and I communicated with me finally sending her a screenshot of what I was seeing. The solution arrived; the full report will only appear after one begins filling in the existing portion. Unfortunately, I received her explanation and my removal by the company an hour apart. The MSC did inform me I could reapply, so I am guessing they do not consider me a flake.

A lot of reports for various shop types populate questions in response to your input when filling in the form. The biggest question is usually, "Were you able to complete this assignment?" You check YES and Bam! The rest of the questions show up. You click NO and fewer questions appear asking for details about why not.
Helena,

I understand what you mentioned, BUT, I had not begun the shop. I was merely viewing the report to ascertain if there were any questions being asked that had not been covered in the guidelines.
You would have to make up fake answers just to see what all the possible questions and answers are, just don't save them. The possible combinations are endless and, of course, there could still be a hidden quirk that wasn't mentioned in the guidelines! I guess they have reasons but I preferred to see the whole questionnaire first.
Helena,

As you stated, it is a very simple work around, but I was "in the dark" and had not the slightest idea as to why I could not see the report. In addition, I had not completed a gas station since way before Maritz left the business. It literally took two days of exchanging letters with the scheduler, who, as has always been the case with her, rapidly responded, but it was not until I sent her screen shots, that I was informed as to the solution. My reason for this post was concern another shopper would also be confused.
I've also noticed this issue with the "hidden" link to the guidelines within the report. You need to open the report (as if you're ready to input your information) and notice the clickable link to the guidelines which is above the "yes" or "no" asking if you completed the shop.

Is this a newish thing with sassie IPSOS? From what I can recall, guidelines used to be on a yellow sticky. And there was mention of "go to the yellow sticky for shop
guidelines." This was for phone store shops I did 1/2020, pre-covid.
I just recorded a phone call shop. It had the recording instructions about half way down the questions instead of at the top where it normally is. . You know the 800 number and the two codes.

I didn't see it and had to contact the scheduler who said the client had requested it that way or something.

I had the same issue with this about two years ago, and went back and forth with the scheduler trying to get at the information. As it turns out, I couldn't get the information I needed in time to do the shop. I wasn't going to go out "blind" on this shop, especially because it was a cell phone shop, and I had had a LOT of problems with those shops when they were done by the company that was taken over by the current company. Fortunately, the scheduler was understanding, and I didn't get a "flake" citation.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
