Revealed Audits and the ICA

Just wondering here - it seems to me that revealed audits, like those for Chevron,HP, etc., are a violation of the ICA. The reason I'm wondering is that to do most of these revealed audits, you present an LOA which states you are there on behalf of a certain MSP. So that links the MSP with the client/business you are shopping. Comments?

The instructions tell you what to do, and you do it. Revealing "without prior authorization" would violate the ICA, but not what you describe, since the MSC is disclosing and you just deliver the disclosure letter. Take a deep breath and relax!
