may be moved maybe stoped MS program. Prior pandemic it was big scare over there for some food infections and they dropped some produce from the menu.

Shopping Eastern Pennsylvania since 2009
The old MSC was making it a chore to eat their burgers IMO. Good place but man the redundancy and the amount of useless facts they wanted.

The prior MSC's survey form was even worse. And the owner of that MSC was worse than the survey.

I am going to guess that we are talking about the same MSC. Name rhymes with penitentiary? I mean, that is where I felt I was at while I was writing the report. I actually remember just eating the cost in the end and canceling because I was offended how much they were asking. I rarely ever flake on shops.
I can't think of what rhymes with penitentiary that I shop with...but i do know in California they were done by a large company that many people have complained about being removed as a shopper with no explanations given.

No, we are speaking of the prior company. A small one which uses Shopmetrics. It doesn't drop shoppers, but many shoppers drop it.
The only MSC I ever shopped Smashburger for was the "Who wants a burger?" giant. At least for them I don't recall the reports being difficult at all. Only issue is they'd try to offer them reimbursement-only, I'd hold out for at least a meager bonus. Haven't seen them with this MSC since Covid hit, don't know where Smash might be now.
It rhymes with gentry.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008

Google Says:

gen·try /ˈjentrē/ noun: people of good social position, specifically (in the UK) the class of people next below the nobility in position and birth.

Still a definition that doesn't vibe with the MSC in question.
Got it now. I think I have done 1 shop for those clowns in 15 years. If I am thinking of the right company...they make you take a test for such simple assignments. Such a nuissance.
It was the only close word I could come up with that also had some sort of weight in its meaning as well. But hopefully now you understand my humor winking smiley

All the syllables in penitentiary confused me!
