Presto 1099-NEC states above $5000

Received a 1099-NEC from Presto giving income of $1500 but also box with $5000 above sales says YES. What does this mean as they have not sold me anything above $5000 ??

Also does Ipsos and sassie send these by email ?

This is an error. I emailed them to let them know they need to correct them and re-issue them. I believe Ipsos and Sassie companies send by mail.
