In addition to what is below as far as the three periods, there are also three months within the period. M1 M2 M3. Some of the shops come out during the first month, some during the second month, and some during the third month. And then, there are some that just sit on the board well beyond their due date because they don't want to pay. I did one shell shop last year on Christmas Eve for $150. It came out during M1, so they let it sit on the board for almost 4 months before I did it. So not only do they come out in batches, they will sometimes sit on the board well past their due date if they are not done at the pitiful amounts of pay that they want to give us. I did one today that has been on the board for almost 3 months, an M1 that was at $73 on the job board; I was in the area so I just grabbed it.
I think there are still some in Wyoming that are sitting on the job board. Those are from the first quarter, m3. It appears that they are probably going to go past their due date.
