Presto App issues

I'm having trouble with the Presto app is anyone else? It shows me shops then they disappear. An hour later they show up again. It's getting frustrating.

If it's the instant jobs iam pretty sure they disappear if someone clicks to apply for the job and reappear if they don't take it.

I agree with Carolforreal. They ave 8 hours or whatever amount of time is stated to be completed. If they aren't by that time, they disappear from that shopper's inbox and get reposted.h

When you look at a job and you open it up and read the instructions it gives you 3 minutes to either accept the job or not accept the job. If you go back to the map before the 3 minutes is over the 3 minutes still counts down. The shop will reappear on the map after the 3 minutes is over.

I’m working through a route of Presto Insta-Shops and I’ve noticed that they appear in a group (100-200+ of them) simultaneously on the app, then disappear.

I have heard that the project manager use this to control the workflow to the editors, so that they are not overwhelmed and can produce a steady stream of finished reports to the client. So - if their editors can proofread and verify a maximum 50 reports in five hours, they pull the shops after 50 are claimed, then put shops back up once they’re ready for another batch.

CoolKate 63 this makes sense now. This is what happens. I look at the board (not open one up) and they are there. Next time I look they are gone. It's on again off again. Never have seen this before. thanks

When you click to look at a shop it also becomes unavailable for a short interval of 3 minutes.. You can even try to accept it with that time and it may say unavailable because you are looking at it and it is reserved for a few minutes If you wait a few minutes the pins become available again. Sometime the message is something similar to "we have just completed the quota for these sites." Pins will disappear when others accept the assignments for the period of execution and reappear upon failure to execute or are dropped by the shopper.
