Another guidelines contradiction.

Enter store, make purchase then complete the interactions.
In the survey it says, once all interactions are complete, make the purchase. This latter scenario means hang around 20 minutes in order to complete the return in the time frame required.
Insane.

Walk in make the purchase. Do the interactions. Then the return. The order was changed months ago without a change to the guidelines.

The change is in the instructions as a foot note on the flow chart on how to do the shop.
