I feel your pain. ALL of the answers are in the guidelines. Some are easier to find than others, but it is all there. And the questions with the square boxes require more than one answer. It is the multiple answer questions that always cause me problems. I finally passed yesterday after fighting with it for 2 days, and getting a lot of help from my friends.

Same here. I have tried and tried to pass it but I can't. There is nothing in the Guidelines about the name badges they wear.

This IS in the guidelines. Basically they don't care what the name tag says as long as it has a logo.
Don't you miss the old MSC where taking an exam wasn't a trick and wrong answers were highlighted? Sigh...

What I miss most is having a phone number to call that a human being would answer and help you if you needed it when you were on site. I don't think I ever needed to ask them for help with a test. The tests were all easy and the answers were easy to find in the guidelines when I didn't already know the answers.
Same thing here and email 6 times about it with zero answer. I usually do routes too, so seems weird you can’t even get an email back.
