Hi everyone!
I normally don’t max out the 4 shop locations per day with this MSC but I have a question and I’m hoping someone can help that does these shops. I have 5 of the Kroger shops assigned to me on 1 day but only 4 locations, 4 regular shops and then one of the locations has a pickup shop too, is that ok or do I need to move one? I looked at the FAQ and guidelines and I can’t find guidance on it. I emailed the scheduler but haven’t heard back yet. I did read somewhere we shouldn’t go to more than 4 locations in one day but I can’t find where I even read that lol. I can move one if need be but wanted to ask to see if someone knew the max, if it’s 4 shops total per day or just 4 locations not 4 shops total. Thanks for your time!!
You can do it! I have many times. You would have been blocked from self scheduling one of those shops on that date if you were not able. Because one of the shops is a pick-up, you are allowed.
Also, their schedulers are very responsive. It generally takes about a day to get a reply, but I have always got a reply back from them every single time I had a question. They are good to work with.
How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg?

I really haven’t shopped for them until they got this client so I don’t really know what is normal for them. I still haven’t received a response and it’s been about 3 days so maybe it just depends who has your area etc. I did email to see if it was ok but never received a response so I’m just planning on doing 4 total that day. Thanks for your reply!!
If you get to know your scheduler, you can text back and forth with questions and requests. My scheduler responds in minutes usually. And she told me that pickups do NOT count towards the four shops per day limit.
Agree that you can do it; in fact I'm doing the exact same scenario tomorrow and have done it before. The pick-up shops aren't counted the same way for that purpose. The system is also supposed to prevent you from scheduling if you max out.
