For those monthly communication surveys....

I'm doing both the baby one and another one (airfare) for the same MSC. For the baby one, I got an email saying to submit the monthly invoice before noon because they were processing payment, so while I was doing that, I submitted the invoice for the other job as well. And don't you know, about an hour later I got a communication that technically falls in May. I assume I can just do the survey (once the new "assignment" is created) for the new month, as long as I report accurately. Anybody ever have a problem with this?

Meanwhile, my phantom baby is starving ... not only is there a formula crisis, I haven't gotten a single piece of mail!

I don't get a lot of baby mail either, but watch your junk mail; it is not always what or as well marked as you would expect. They seem to vary as to the day they ask you to invoice. I just try to watch and do as they request, so I haven't had any problems with it. Yes, they send you the assignment for the next month just about as soon as you get the one invoice in.

There have been months when I got a text on the last day of the month and after I already submitted my monthly survey. I used to email the scheduler to ask if it would be OK to include such a text in next month's survey and she always said "yes." I don't even bother asking anymore. I just include an explanation in the comment box.

I checked all my boxes this month already. I received one box with four cans of formula and brochures at about 20% of my P.O. boxes.
I feel a little silly asking this, but just wondered how other people do this. In the two months since my ghost baby was born, I've gotten exactly one piece of physical mail, which I put into a standard side envelope addressed to Jannah. I stuck a Forever stamp on it because I don't want to go to the post office. Do I just absorb the cost of that stamp since I don't have a receipt, or put it on the invoice because obviously the minimum amount we have to spend to send her mail is the cost of a Forever stamp.

I really don't care that much about the cost of the stamp, but I'm curious. Next time I'll try to coordinate it with a planned trip to the post office anyway.
Today I was able to submit a piece of baby mail, but not the communications for the other project I have with them. Same error message I've been getting throughout the month. I reported it and sent screenshots. It's too bad the interface is so glitchy.
