There is a local convenience store to me that is shopped. You have to order a 6" sub and see if they up-sell you. Meal, cookies, drink etc. One of their locations has a Subway franchise in it. I don't see any advantage to the Subway subs vs. the local convenience store ones. There is only so much you can do with cold cuts, toppings and bread. I always let my subs sit so the flavors can "meld".
Unfortunately, the local convenience store has a $10 food limit on the sub and another $10 reimbursement on the b1g1 offer you have to buy up to $10 but you can't buy the sub deal or the b1g1 deal, WTF?.
So you get a free sub and a drink, but no pay. They've actually stayed on the board until there were two shops showing for each location for about a week into each new month. There is one in walking distance to me that I'll do when i get hungry on occasion. Am I slitting my throat by doing this and preventing bonuses? If I don't do it, someone else picks it up.
BTW, I think Jersey Mike's and Firehouse subs both give you a free birthday sub if you join their frequent buyers club and perhaps something for signing up.
