I'm not seeing them, the QSR timing study. Is it the same MSC that has had it for at least the last 5 years? Maybe they release them in certain areas first? I checked CA, NY and MI. None there.

"HUGE DRIVE THRU SHOP PROJECT JUST POSTED" was the subject line of the email... Restaurants include Arbys, Chickfila, Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, Mcdonalds, Wendys, Hardees, KFC, Popeyes, and many more. Please log in today to select locations closest for you, limit 4 locations per shopper! The email said we can See them in a Secret app.

Thanks! I never got the email but found one lonely posting while going through my list of companies. When they were in Prophet they were releaed in batches. Maybe this is similar.

I never got the email either.. I went to the web site where they were posted last year and I did not see them listed.. I guess some one got them all or they were not any in my area sad smiley
I didn't get the email either and only saw them doing my daily check of MSCs. The only thing in my are are KFC and Burger King. I would love to get a Popeyes! Is Popeyes with the same MSC?

I believe this study is only for Arby's, Burger King, Carl's Jr, Chick-Fil-A, Dunkin', Hardees, KFC, McDonald's, Taco Bell, and Wendy's. At least that's all that's listed in the Guidelines. Interesting that the e-mail mentioned Popeye's though.

I'm so bummed, there are several listed I'd love to do, but they're all today or tomorrow, and it doesn't work with my day job schedule.

A Secret app? I'm thinking this is a hint. I checked my two most popular apps and didn't see any of these shop in my area..

Any possibility of getting a hint to the MSC?
Before you can identify the Secret shopping app, you need to open at least one eye. (No, I am not being snarky.)

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
This ins't a violation is it? the acronym is 3 letters. use Myst4au hints and you will get it.
I am not sure why people have decided that naming this "app" (they are also a website) is the equivalent of naming an MSC. People always refer to an MSC as being on Sassie or on Prophet and that is fine. Admittedly, this platform works differently in that all shops are listed on a single website, but the website / platform is not the MSC.

Yeah,"I" get it and it was one of my two favorite apps I had already checked. Apparently they don't have any shops in my area.
You can verify that you are searching using the correct platform by changing the zip code to 19148.

Just didn’t want to give a full handout. Everybody's got to do their own treasure hunting! Haha.

I didn't explicitly mention the iSecret Shop app because the email stated "Hundreds of drive thru shops just released in OUR Isecretshop app". I read that (our) as a possesive adjective. I've never used that app, I had deactivated from the website several months ago. The email I received from the MSC (that I've never done shops for) peaked my interest so I reactivated my account for that website/app. I know there are other MSC's on that app, but the email said OUR app, not THE app. I was just trying to abide by forum rules and help sestra.

The QSR shops were on the iSecretshop website and app. So everybody should go take a look. Maybe consider picking up a red and blue or green or yellow audit to help with fuel expenses. LOL.
In most CA locations, the bowl is now $8.40, so with tax, the reimbursement doesn't cover the cost of the order....
@ShopperFun99 wrote:

Thanks. In CA, $8 only buys a bowl. A plate costs $10 or more in some locations.

church's is shopped by the same company as Jack in the Box, and the ones in my area currently at $5 and a $10 reimbursement....

In most counties in AL too. A base priced bowl + tax is $8.18.
I'm seeing some Wendy's and Arby's drive thru shops, but I can't find what photos are required (can only see there are 3). Before I accept these, does anyone know what photos they want? I hate taking pictures of the checkout or other things inside.
How many of you are cutting down on shops that are distant, now that gas is over $5/gallon? It is over $6.50 here, some places closer to $7. Can you share how many miles you are willing to drive, and for what fee/reimb?
The photos are not bad - just one of the menu board and one of the overall drive-thru lane. You can easily drive back around and get them after you go through. Plus, one photo of the unwrapped food.

Thank you! That is helpful. I think I'll take both and cover dinner for me and hubs tomorrow night.
There are many, many details and timings, though. You need to record all of the beverages listed on the menu board, as well as any listed accepted payment methods, plus if they have dedicated parking spots for mobile orders, etc. I found it excessive for $8.

If you've got a clear picture of the menu board can't you just look at it for this information?

Yes, but it is still a very lengthy survey with lots of questions and timings for $8. Sometimes, the drink logos are so small that it is very difficult to make them out, even when you are close to the sign.

Well, I attempted my first Wendy's and Arby's QSR jobs and I am certain they will be denied. The timing and questions were no problem. The problem was the instructions said to take photos of the menu boards AFTER finishing your order and that I had to drive back around the restaurant to do so. Both restaurants were super busy and it was impossible to get pics of the menu boards without cars blocking them. It would have been really easy to take the pick while I was at the menu, especially since both places took forever to take my order.

Assuming these are denied, I will ask if it is ok to take the pics while I'm in the drive thru.
I have to say that I am not a fan of this geo tagging stuff. Apparently because I used a different app to do the geo tagging, Their stupid app doesn't recognize it. I now get to sit here and wait on pins and needles to see if the editor accepts that's the geo tagged photos that I uploaded.
