sticky note - energy vendor

I found out my shop was rejected b/c I supposedly did not shop the correct day per the sticky note. Has this happened to anyone else?
The sticky note still "attached" to the rejected shop still reflects the date I did the shop. Of course I could have made a mistake but since I put it on my calendar I doubt it.

Can you screenshot the part with the sticky note and include it in a reply to whomever rejected the shop? It is possible they made a mistake or maybe they can explain further.
