Go to a 3rd party service and order delivery from 7-11, through the 3rd party service website.
Honestly, I don't see an issue. To me, it clearly says to use a third-party delivery service such as Door Dash, Skip the Dishes, or Uber Eats using either their app or their website (meaning the third-party). You can apparently use a different third-party delivery service. You are not allowed to use the 7-Eleven app or website, nor are you allowed to pick up your order at the store.

I totally read it wrong. I thought the first part asked us to order from store app and second section contradicted it.

Thanks, Everyone!!
There is one shop that I would LOVE to do which require a 3rd party service like (DD, Grub Hub) However, I will not do one from there because 95 % of the drivers DO NOT use a hot bag when delivery food.

I used to work for DD and I always took a bag inside the restaurant (Even if it was for 2 milk shakes) and I always carried the bag with me to the door.

When the restaurant was busy, I would get waited on much faster if I had a bag..

I have been out to eat several times and an bag less DD driver would come in and they were busy and they would have to wait a long time.

I guess they can not spend money on a nice bag but can spend money on nasty cigs and beer sad smiley

???? What does that mean? Do you think the doordash drivers pay for those hot bags? Do you think doordash drivers smoke cigarettes and drink beer while they're working? You do understand that a lot of mystery shoppers also dash.
I have read things backward also. It happens. smiling smiley

It's not you. The company says they use generic instructions for all their shops of the same type. There is a thread warning about the XX any shops that require you to order from a third-party app. There are photos of McD and Panera in the instructions, so it seems like you just use a third-party app to order from anywhere. The MSC wants you to order from XX (7/11 in your case) though Uber Eats or any other delivery service to get stuff delivered.

After getting a shop denied, the company insist that there is nothing wrong with their directions and I was the only one who got it wrong. Other people on the post, had their report rejected because they did the shop the way they company wanted but was not clear.
