JUUL shops?

I know there have been JUUL shops in the past. Not sure if they are still going on, but saw something about FDA banning JUUL products and they have to be pulled from shelves now. If anyone was counting on those shops regularly, it seems like that $ has dried up as there won't be anymore.

JUUL can appeal. Product probably not gonna be pulled until appeal heard. We'll see. Meanwhile, strangely enough, competitors' products will remain.

There are two JUUL shops in my area that "I" see.

JUUL shops are still around. I don't do them, because I won't support the product.

A Federal court put the ban on hold today. What the FDA did was unconstitutional especially for the reasons given in the order. JUUL shops are continuing.

I believe that those vape pens, need to be eliminated completely, not just brands, all of them need to go. My opinion only counts at my house.

Interesting "legal argument." Juul's attorneys of record did not make the claim that the FDA order was unconstitutional. Will you be joining their legal team to pursue this angle?

The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia issued a temporary stay that had been sought by Juul. The brief order by the appeals court cautioned that the stay “should not be construed in any way as a ruling on the merits.”

Slightly off topic, but does anyone know who to contact to get approved for these? I submitted a pic of my ID a while ago and emailed the MSC, but haven't heard anything. I'm already doing essentially the same shops for a different MSC and there are a ton of them in my area, so they must need shoppers to do them. Not sure what the hang up is.
