I’m not sure why Presto would’ve said that if it’s an issue with the shop.
You need to email the main email of the mystery shopping company. It’s on the shop info when you open a job you’ve claimed or even when you look at the survey in presto without claiming it, the email should show up.
The MSC seems to be trying to save money and hasn’t assigned a scheduler. Normally there’s a scheduler after the first month.
The MSC email address is probably also in the guidelines.
