Does anyone have an email address or better yet, a phone number for the scheduler?

Unless something has changed, there is no scheduler for these. It just runs through the presto app. I have had some slow response, but response, from the general email.
First, thanks for responding! I don't have an email address for BP. If you do, will you please share it? There's schedulers listed for other shops/audits on Presto but not this one. The 'Submit a ticket' with Presto didn't help. Presto said I have to contact BP, they can't help.

I’m not sure why Presto would’ve said that if it’s an issue with the shop.
You need to email the main email of the mystery shopping company. It’s on the shop info when you open a job you’ve claimed or even when you look at the survey in presto without claiming it, the email should show up.
The MSC seems to be trying to save money and hasn’t assigned a scheduler. Normally there’s a scheduler after the first month.
The MSC email address is probably also in the guidelines.

Recently I had a situation with a shop being canceled by the client while it was in the process of being edited. It was sent back to me for revisions, but I couldn't open it. I emailed support and they said the same thing (about needing to contact the company) and yes, the field coordinator contacted me and it worked out. They can't do anything when the mystery shopping company cancels the shop. So using that email address does work. It can't hurt to also email the general email address. I also emailed the editor for the shop and she was helpful.
Would you mind sharing the email for the shop Editor? Any contact information for BP of any type is welcomed.

You don’t want to contact BP. You want to contact the MSC. We can’t discuss who that is or give email address because you’ve mentioned the client. Like I said, click “view survey,” and the email address should be on that page. Or, like I also said, it is in the guidelines that you need to pass the test, under contact information.
