This may not be up-to-date info because I took a break from MSing for a long while, but I used to do a lot of airport shops for Customer Service Experts (now called CXE - website is cxeinc.com). They're on Sassie and I'm pretty sure they still do airports. I also did a some for Bare International, but I haven't seen any airport shops from them lately. Also A Customer's Point of View, Albatross (now called CXG at cxg.com) used to have airport shops. I know there are others! Sorry if my info is no longer relevant!

I used to make a pretty penny doing the observation/interaction for the Southwest airlines credit cards. I used to do three or four each airport each layover. I haven't seen those since COVID though.
