I am so frustrated. The green gas station just came out not too long ago. I had a shop due, finished it in the car and it wouldn't finalize! So I waited till I went home and tried to submit it on my HP desktop. Still wouldn't submit it. I dropped a ticket to presto and tried to email IPSOS but I was really p o ed. Finally, we logged in my husband's phone and it submitted right over after hours of fighting with it!!! Then you know what they had the nerve to send me back? An email telling me to clear my cache!!! Clear my cache REALLY??? LIke I ain't smart enough to try that???? I cleared the cache, I rebooted Presto, rebooted the phone, and rebooted Chrome on my HP!!! really that's the best you can do? blame it on my fricking phone??????? I'm so mad that we have to deal with the Presto app. Go Spot check works so much better.
