Shop reports with word count inversion errors

I havent experienced this in years. It is something that I am curious about though. One thing about it is that it kind of stuck in my craw. I can't remember what company it was for but the required word counts did not make sense whatever company it was did use the sassy platform that much I remember. But there were short text boxes with impractically high minimum word counts and large text boxes with low maximum word counts. But questions that were given the smaller text boxes only should have required short answers and then the larger boxes were for questions that ask for explanations and ask for detail.
So I was not able to submit the report. I emailed the scheduler and explain the situation to her and asked her to push the shop through and she said that those requests were made by the client and she couldmt push it through. So I had to get creative. I'm sure the finished product while it was approved and I got a good grade for it, may have looked like something that was concocted by The Three Stooges.
That couldnt be what client chose I think would it happen when the form was created was that the creator made what I would like to call some kind of a inversion error. As far removed from that occasion as I am I have not done one of those chops since I don't know if they ever did correct that error glitch or whatever . I'm just curious to know if that still goes on and if anybody else has experienced anything similar to that and how they went about resolving it.

I would love to hear. Thanks.

I've found that sometimes it helps if I save a report after starting to fill in the narrative in a small box.

When I go back into the report, the box has gotten large enough to comfortably type in my answers.
I think that makes some sense. But it just looked like in the case of that past shop, the bigger narrative boxes jad maximums too low to really write a narrative. Then the short boxes had the opposite problem. They required narratives for something that may jave only asked a question like the associate's name.

See these typos? Im trying a text to speech app the one in the phone is tricky. Some of tjem I can speak into the app then copy/paste so i can see what im doing too.
