Totes, Isotoner at the grocery store

Has anyone done the Totes/Isotoner display update at the blue grocery store? The fees are going up around me and I’ve seen the displays, they are small… wondering if the task is work it… thanks!

I did one a few weeks ago. I was there for almost an hour because no one in the store knew where the backstock was. They kept referring me to other employees. I eventually gave up on finding the extra stock, straightened the display, took photos and submitted. Surprisingly they accepted it. Wouldn’t do it again for the pay, in fact they actually lowered the pay for Round 2!
I did one a few weeks back and like others have said, finding the backstock was a bit of a challenge. When I found it, it was 15 boxes. The boxes were mostly women's slippers which were pretty well stocked on the display, so I had to go through multiple boxes to find gloves and men's slippers, then haul it over to the display (you can use a cart for this or the boxes are fairly light). After redoing the display, I put the boxes where the store had an area that looked like they use for breaking down boxes, as there weren't any employees around and this was in the back section of the store. None of this was really spelled out in the guidelines as to what to do with the boxes, so I just tried to do what seemed logical. It wound up being about an hour of work, maybe less. The one I did had a decent bonus on it.
I don't know if they are aware of the real effort behind some of these when they are putting them at $12, especially if they want quality work to be done.
Also, these are normally done by another merchandising company. I ran into the "regular" merchandiser at a different store back in November and chatted with her. If that company does not have someone to come set up the display and stock it, that is where we would come in and have to set it up. They might also arrange the backstock for their next visit, so I try to be cognizant of that. We are all just trying do do our jobs and make a few bucks, so I don't want to mess up someone else's set up.
By now, most of them should already be set up, so you would have to just restock it, this is where the condition of the display might vary, depending on if that store has a regular merchandiser or not.
It helped that you could figure out what was in the sealed boxed after a couple of stores. There are stickers on the boxes that have an abbreviated description and another with the color of what's inside. I knew "Ada knit" and "red" stickers were red women's slippers and that slipper boxes held six pair. I also looked for the American Greetings boxes (bolder graphics) and almost always found the T/I boxes nearby.
