That may be why you are not getting many pickups. One of my pickups is 19 miles one way, but I combine it with another pickup on the way, and the matching instore ones. No body ever takes these two stores. I could probably do them every month if I wanted. They also have really good markdown sections!!@OldmanJames wrote:
I only shop a few stores in my area no more than 6 miles one way.

I only got in-store shops this round. I was ready and kept refreshing but I had to leave to do shops today. I never saw any competitor or pickup shops this round. I don't think the Kroger stores in my area have fuel stations.

I can't always get a pickup on the same day as my in stores. I also have a friend who only does pickups. There doesn't seem to be a requirement to do the in-store when you have a pickup.

Anybody have a hint as to know when the shops will be posted? Last month it was the 23rd. I happened to look today and the only thing left in my area was in stores. I took a few although I would liked at least one pick up. I was under the impression that shoppers had to take pick ups and in stores on a 1-1 ratio. In my area, none of the in stores appeared to be taken but there were no pick up shops listed for those stores so I wonder where the shoppers who ma have taken the easier pick ups are shopping?? Seems fairer for shoppers to do the harder in store if they want the pick ups which are easier and reimburse more. Any thoughts?

As a senior citizen who recently moved to a new home from another state and who is sole caregiver for a spouse with a serious illness, I am unfamiliar with certain areas where shops seem to remain longer than ones in my safe local area. My son has cautioned me about certain areas where I may run into safety issues shopping alone so I do not take shops that may result in risk to my safety. My safety is worth more than free groceries. As far are driving 19 or 20 miles one way for a shop, the price of gas at 4 bucks a gallon meaning a cost of nearly $10 in gas and my time traveling back and forth would outweigh the value of the shop. I will take the safe location in store shops where I feel comfortable if all the pick ups are taken.

In Houston, these shops seem to go more quickly every month. And because they go so fast, it's getting much harder to group the in-stores and pick-ups on the same days.
I try to get at least one in-store for every pick-up, in terms of total number for the cycle I mean (i.e. the in-stores and pick-ups don't have to be the same location).

I thought you were only allowed 8 pickup jobs per cycle? I didn't see any competitor jobs this cycle, either. I saw them last time though. And nothing was posted before the prior cycle end date.@JW wrote:
I guess I was just lucky. When I signed in to do a report, I saw that Kroger's shops we're open. I scored four competitor pickups at Walmarts along with six Kroger pickups. I tried for one more and it got snatched up before I could request a date. Still, ten pickups are a really nice start before I sign up for the in-store jobs.

Also did you take any in-store jobs at all?
If both of these are true, and we are not just being trolled, maybe some shoppers who are not getting any pickup shops need to have a chat with the scheduler(s)?

I've had no trouble entering reports. Have you tried another browser?

No, I didn’t. I wonder what the threshold is to be considered active
