Debit Surcharge shops

@luckygirl0100 I have done these recently and I thought the survey still asks for the employee response to at least surcharges and minimums.

When there isn't a sign and only the employee is stating a fee, then I tend to get something that is as close to the minimum purchase as possible. I think I ran into a couple of situations where I only received the slip with total and no itemization.

Nope! It has a box for general comments but no longer specifically wants you to ask the employee. I just went to grab one (just to get the exact wording) and the few that are left in my area are gone. I did one this past Sunday for $30 and a few last week for $25 & $27

I was paid for the shop, but not reimbursed. I’ve had a few of these shops that have frustrated me lately, another was a spa that sold no products, only services, like eyelash extensions, manicures/pedicures. They charged a fee, which I noted, and I got their pamphlet, showing they sold nothing, and the whole shop was denied, saying “They have a wide array of products to choose from.” I appealed, nothing, emailed, nothing. Another one, I was to shop a “neighborhood association” the equivalent of saying “shop a mall”. I shopped where the pin said I was close enough, a restaurant that charged a fee. I noted all this in the report. It was denied saying I was supposed to have shopped a “neighborhood association.” Do they even read the notes? And no, they’re not all one the same page.
Well, even newer instructions say the shelf photo is required. The item I chose was behind the counter with no visible price. I was able to submit without the photo and included a comment about the situation. We'll see if it flies. I can always submit a different interior photo if it comes back to me but I wanted to see what will happen. And what if you buy more than one item with different prices? There are no additional upload slots. Looks like we will have a lot of explaining to to. Lots of extra comments.
