Could you maybe contact the MSC or a scheduler for help?
After you see the list of the ones you have passed, scroll down and see the tests you can take. You can select it to display tests in any status so you can see all the Shell tests available and select the type you need. The test is also on your shop assignment. When you click on your assignment, near where the guidelines are posted and the LOA, there will also be the link for the test IF you need to qualify for this shop via the test. Otherwise, the link will not be there.
If you have already taken the quiz (because it is the old one I think) then they have just hidden the certificates. The link will appear once you answer that you were able to complete the shop (too late for printing so really dumb way to set it up) I so rarely give out certificates I just print a few with the codes blocked out and write in the new code when someone earns one. Saves ink and paper too.
I see no link and I know at some point that I passed one. I'll check further to see if I can get the reward certificate and the number needed for each one.

I seem to remember it is available on the survey. Look below the guidelines/LOA/OSA section. Maybe before the first question.
You may not have to qualify again. Not sure when they require to re up the certification.

Thank you for posting this! I did not think they would be released this early so I was not keeping an eye out for them. I managed to snag a few very local. All my gas cans are empty!
You need to disable your pop up blocker for the website. I'm sorry I don’t have instructions for you.. I work almost exclusively on mobile devices these days.

I have registered for a number of the new Shell outlets that need a quiz before I can print the reward letter. However, I have no idea where to look for the quiz. I examined every blue certification I've earned as well as every one that is now accessible, but I was unable to determine which one I needed to take.

I've heard their online seminars and tutorials have information on how to do this stuff. IMO if they make the required quiz and codes so difficult to find that we need an instructional seminar to get them, that's extremely inefficient on their part. It's a time-waster for us and them.

I seem to remember the quiz being on the form. I think it might say "Click here to take the quiz," or something like that.

I don't see many of these in my area right now. A lot of the projects got rid of the quiz this year. I only see 20 Shell locations in the 2 states I cover, so that can't be right. So these must not all be released yet or are going to be in another month this time.
The link to the test is in the report. As long as your pop up blocker is off it will take you right to it. If your pop up blocker is on it will take you to the wrong test page where you will not find the test.
I have no idea how to unblock ISO’s. I have tried looking at You tube Google and windows and I follow the explanation but I must be doing something wrong. It asks for an addresss and maybe I am. Ot doing something right.
So after lots of trying , I was able to allow the website. But when I go to the form still don’t see any quiz.
Ii think I will give up. I don’t need the money that bad that I need to drive myself crazy.

Maybe you could use your cell phone to access the site or someone else's tablet or other device using your credentials.
I actually was able to use my tablet and when I found the quiz. It says I already passed it but still no reward certificate
The reward certificate is in the report in it's own link. It's easy to miss.

No one really sees the handwritten code other that the rewardee, who uses it on a website to get extra points on their gas rewards then throws away the paper.

You just saved me a lot of wasted ink and paper, because I have just acquired a couple dozen of these shops for May.

I can not get reward codes, anybody else? All quizzes are passed and I have checked on the form YES to the question, "Did you present the reward.." but when I click on the reward link it only opens a new window with the actual survey in it. No certificate. No reply or help yet from MSC or scheduler. Can't submit the shops until I can properly reward the employees.
I emailed the company and they asked if the popups were off when they sent me back an email and they are. I initially had a terrible time trying to find the quiz and once I found it, it says I passed it. I opened the form and just put in the date and time etc and it opened the entire survey. So I will do the shop and keep track if they offer rewards, I have done lots of these shops and I think only one Shell station asked.
I think the company should make it easy to access the information needed for us. I will think twice before doing another one. They say it is easier but basically, t is the same as the ones they have done in the past. There may be a fewless pictures in the store but that's about all I could find in the differences.

I don't remember exactly but I think in the past I had to click the "location" open" question first, or something like that.
I’m having the same issue with the rewards link too.
I tried everything. I have the whole survey filled out except for the Did you present the award question and no replies from any help source since early this morning.
I emailed them this morning too and have not heard back
