Has anyone gotten a job offer to take surveys for this company? Here's a copy of their offer. Sounds too good to be true. It probably is a Scam. Please Let me know.

Scam! Do not respond to them! There is a legitmate company, aTH Power Consulting that also uses the Apex name and these guys are NOT associated with that. aTH has a legitimate website where you can sign up to work with them, but anticipate being paid somewhere between $9 and $12 per job. ANY SOLICITATION INDICATING JOBS EARNING $100-$200 OR MORE EACH IS A SCAM! Once you have been working with a legitimate company for a while you may on occasion be awarded a job that pays more than $50 to $100. It is the exception, not the rule, and definitely won't be for doing shops at McDonalds, Starbucks or Victoria's Secret!

Yes, scam for sure, and this one even went so far as to set up a fake website!!! I couldn't resist calling the number in the "contact us" section.

And the recording says, "This number is not in service."

I have never submitted a resume for mystery shopping. Ath Power, aka APEX is reputable and works under Sassie. You may want to inform them that some one is using their name for false reasons.

This is an absolute scam.. There is no building located at their address (lot is empty) and the telephone number is not a working number.

I spoke to the city (Cheshire, CT) where they claim to be located and they have no such business listed

i'm so glad I read this..I applied to shop for Ath Power, cause they have some good paying shops.

Ath Power itself is not a scam. I have done some work and the forms were easy and pay was higher than average. One I did number of times was just checking if the location was offering a credit card. Always spend under 10 minutes and it was a 5 minute form. Pay was $20. You had to make a purchase of a certain level, but could return it.

WOW! I was sent this message as well. I almost fell for it!! He/She/It actually mailed me money orders. The person contacts you from Conneticut, the money orders come from someone named Kelly in Arizona, and you mail it to Gregory Beckno in California. I knew it was too good to be true.

I didn't think so! Thanks so much especially because I am new to this as well. But thanks to that email I was able to search and locate the original posting about it being a scam and I was able to find out how to do mystery shopping as well!
