You aren't the only who misses dates. I happened to notice only because it seemed so odd to come up now. CORI functioned normally for a long time until Stericycle shut down the Ohio office and moved the operations to Indianapolis. So far my experience with the Indianapolis schedulers has been positive. There have been glitches, but all of them have been resolved and the crew has been great.
For a long time there has been speculation they would shut down the mystery shopping division. That they took the time to send employees to the old Ohio office for training leads me to believe they will be around for a while.
