Recently I did a web shops and Holly came back with some feedback that I did not agree with. I was a big turn off for me. It turned out to be an honest mistake on my part. Holly provided feedback, she encouraged me to take on more of these shops. She turned the situation into a humbling experience and left me feeling more motivated, thankful and energezied. Thank you Holly! I know this has been beyond of regular duties of an editor! We are all real people, trying to do our best, after all.
