*You are not eligible if you have taken, or plan on taking, an actual Pearson VUE exam within 12 months.
*Report must be completed in English.

____Proof of shop____
You will upload the confirmation email you receive from Pearson Vue and a copy of your report score to verify that you failed the exam.
