Requirements:
o Complete training module and certify as a shopper
o Evaluate the facility, sales person, service, and cleanliness of the establishment in a short report with Y/N and brief supporting narrative


Reimbursement:
o $8.50 fee, plus reimburse small proof of purchase up to $4
