About the shop:
• Shopper will interact with an associate about wireless service, phones and accessories. Must spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the store. NO CHILDREN allowed on shops.
• Shopper will use their own personal situation and/or preferences when presenting their scenario to the associate.
• Shopper will need to request a business card at the end the visit if one has not been offered. A copy of the business card is required for payment.
• GeoVerify optional, but recommended.
• Review the survey and the yellow sticky notes to get additional information about the hours of operation.
