We are a looking for consumers to enter client businesses and pose as prospective customers. Auditors will engage with staff and take mental notes on customer service and sales skills, as well as gauge store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising. Once complete, Auditors will fill out an online form with their experiences. This is independent contract work, not a full or part-time job. Dates are flexible, and no prior experience or certifications are required.

Applicants should have:
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented observational skills
• Internet access (for completing digital audits)

You will be reimbursed up to $80 for each satisfactorily completed audit.
