Our client has hired A Closer Look in order to help analyze points of service and food in order to make improvements to the overall dining experience.These are very EASY shops because the questionnaire is super short, only 20 questions, only one narrative!!!
*You are REQUIRED to take 3 very specific photos during your shop. Information about the photos is listed below. Failure to take and upload the correct photos WILL result in non-reimbursement for this shop. Shops without photos, or with incorrect photos, will not be accepted.**
For all shops, you may dine solo or with one guest. Bringing a guest is preferred for dining room shops. If you choose to dine alone you may ONLY order for one person (one appetizer or dessert one entrée). Children are permitted on this shop, but limited to 2 well-behaved children.
A pre-visit call is required.
