Types of Shops:

Arcade- Shopper pay $7; Reimbursement $5
Full Service Restaurant - Shopper pay $5; Reimbursement $20
Retail Store - Shopper pay $5; Reimbursement $12
Fast Food Restaurant - Shopper pay $5; Reimbursement $10
Food Vendor Cart - Shopper pay $7; Reimbursement $10


Guidelines:

You will enter the location and listen for the required success criteria by the employee.
If the employee meets all three criteria, you will reveal the shop as successful.
1) Did you receive a genuine greeting from the employee? AND

2) Did the employee offer assistance, or try to make a connection, or exceed your expectation?

3) Did you receive a genuine thank you and/or farewell from the employee?





Days to shop:
Any, but you MUST shop on the date you chose when you apply (your due date) as we have to get a Parking Pass to the Security Office with your name on it


Parking Pass:
You will pick up a complimentary guest parking voucher to cover the cost of parking, which you will need to obtain from security desk. If you pay for parking you will not be reimbursed. Confero will send your name to the client so they can have your guest parking voucher ready for your pick up.


Times to shop:
Any time from open to one hour before closing


After a successful shop:

You will speak with the manager
Present a Congratulations certificate

If not a successful shop:

You will not reveal the shop or speak with the manager.
