We have 2 different Mystery Shops in CO. Please read the description below.


** Dry-Cleaning Mystery Shop **


Shoppers must:
Drop-off after 12 Noon
Pick-up before 12 Noon.


- You will be evaluating the service received at a local dry cleaner. This evaluation requires you to drop off at least two items to be dry cleaned any day after noon and pick up when ready before noon. This evaluation pays $15, plus a reimbursement of up to $15.


-You must enter the first part of the form phone call and drop off within 24 hours of drop off. The rest of the form must be entered within 24 hours of pick up.


- Shopper MUST pick up on date provided by cleaner.
- Shoppers must bring multiple articles of clothing - at least two.
- Claim check and receipts must be uploaded to form
- You must own a scanner or digital camera to upload the receipt and claim check.
- You have 24 hours to enter your drop off results after you have dropped off and 24 hours to complete the report after you pick up.
- Please indicate the days you are available to drop off when applying.


Shopper Pay: $15 + $15 BONUS
Shopper Reimbursement: $22
Reimbursement for Parking: $3

** In-Person Community Crematorium **

We need shoppers to evaluate customer care and service at community crematoriums. This is an IN PERSON visit.


JULY SCENARIO:

I am looking for information for a family member who passed away yesterday at a (nearby) hospital.

or

I'm visiting for my spouce whose father is very ill. She/He asked me to get some information about how this all works. We don't want anything fancy.
