These $40 Apartment shops require an unrecorded phone call and a tour of the building with a leasing consultant. The tours are less than 45 minutes (most are much shorter) and the phone calls are usually less than 5 or 10 minutes. The reports are not too long and this shop and report combined should not take too long to complete. I have three shops and one shopper may be able to complete two shops on the same day.
