Shop overview:
o Report on the Customer Service, Cleanliness, Food Standards and Team member Performance in a survey with Y/N and supporting narrative
o Complete a Phone Call and Shop Visit
o Dine-in in the Dining Area, no take-out or seating in the bar/patio, and evaluate the restroom during dine-in
o Complete certification
o Take a Photo of your order before eating

Is there an age restriction on these shops? I applied for one in CO a few months ago and was told my profile didn't match. As I've done work for Sentry, I can only believe it was an "age" thing.
