FEMALE Shoppers- Please sign your male SO up for his first shop. You can go with him and help with the report but it must be done under a male shoppers account.
The objective is to evaluate the sales performance and service quality delivered in a fashionable suit/apparel store. This will allow our client to support and train the team members in each store to improve the quality of their service. The quality of the comments that you will provide is of the highest importance to the store managers and their teams. We ask that shoppers are honest and detailed in their comments so we can fully understand what occurred during the shop visit.
